Fill Exam Details
Enter the examination name, date, and the number of paper series (Sets A, B, C…) to be used.
Upload Student CSV
Prepare a CSV file with Column A = Roll Number and Column B = Class. Upload it to load all students automatically.
Configure Rooms
Add each exam hall, give it a name, and type its row layout (e.g. 12,12,12).
Students are distributed in order across rooms.
Generate & Print
Click Generate to build the plan, then print the Examiner Copy (with series) or Notice Board copy (without series).
Map Subjects
After uploading the CSV, a subject table appears. Enter the exam subject for each class — the SUBJECT line on each room plan updates automatically.
One-Page Print
Large rooms automatically compress to fit on a single A4 landscape page. Small rooms can share a page to save paper.
